Great brewery that can hold it's head high in Grand Rapids. The atmosphere is chill and hip and upscale and comfortable, all in one. The menu for food is wonderfully creative with duck confit nachos and a solid burger. I had the pretzels and bar cheese today and it was perfect. And their beer? Magnificent! Truly with coming in and just seeing what's new. I'll visit Brewery Vivant any time I'm in the Grand Rapids area.

Absolutely fantastic beer and food and staff. Everything is a bit eccentric, but all very very good. The risotto was fantastic, as were all the fruit beers we tried on the menu. Staff had a wonderful attitude and were all punk as heck, which was also fantastic. Super excited to come back soon! Also great to see a pub that's involved in their community and does neat things like offering kitchen tips!

One of Grand Rapid’s jewels. Fantastic beer with a large selection for everyone, lots of unique food options like Duck Nachos with all the ingredients sourced locally. And the space itself is magical, set in an old funeral hall it has wonderful woodwork and stained glass windows.

Questions & Answers

We generally do have Monday specials. Today we have a couple of appetizers (Clams Casino and Fried Eggplant) and a Clam Po'boy.

It's more like farmhouse French. Great meats and cheeses and other dishes with an American twist.

No, just beer, although some styles of beer that they make may appeal to wine drinkers

Yes, I would suggest calling ahead for reservations anytime you plan on going there on the weekend.

Yes. 3 PM to 11 PM.

Yup absolutely. Theres even a seating area with picnic style tables (to the right and through a door after entering) that has a little play area on the far end.
